CAP DEBT CENTRE

Free Debt Help

If you are struggling with debt, you don’t have to face it alone.

We partner with CAP (Christians Against Poverty) to offer free, confidential debt support for anyone who needs it. CAP’s expert debt coaches will walk alongside you every step of the way, helping you find a path towards a debt-free future.

We know that asking for help can feel like the hardest step, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed or facing a financial crisis. But there is hope, and support is available.

Our Debt Centre Manager, Caroline, is here to listen without judgement and to support you in taking the first step. Get in touch with us, and we’ll arrange a call to talk through your situation and explain how CAP can help you begin your journey towards becoming debt-free.

CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH

Learn English, Make friends

Thursdays | 9:30-11:00am (Term Time)

Our Conversational English group is a welcoming place for anyone to learn and practise speaking English in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Our sessions are led by trained teachers who create a supportive and encouraging environment for learners of all abilities whose first language is not English. Through informal conversations and practical activities, you'll have the opportunity to improve your everyday English while making new friends and connecting with people from the local community.

Come along, enjoy a chat over a cup of tea or coffee, and take the next step in your English learning. We'd love to welcome you.

FRIENDSHIP CLUB

Friendship, Laughter, Community

First Wednesday of the month | 2:00-4:00pm

Our Friendship Club is a welcoming place for anyone aged 50 and over to enjoy good company, make new friends, and spend time together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Whether you're looking to meet new people or simply enjoy getting out for a few hours, you'll find a warm welcome. Each gathering includes time for conversation over tea, coffee and cake, along with a variety of activities, games, guest speakers, and occasional outings throughout the year.

There's no need to come with someone—many people come on their own and quickly become part of the group.

We'd love to welcome you. Get in touch to find out when we meet and how you can join us.

TINY TOTS

Little Feet, Big Smiles

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00-11.:30am

Tiny Tots is our friendly parent and toddler group for children aged 0–4 years.

In a fun, safe and secure environment, your little ones can explore, play, and develop their social skills as they reach each exciting new milestone.

We know that raising young children can be both wonderful and exhausting, so Tiny Tots is a place where parents and carers can enjoy a warm welcome, build friendships, and become part of our caring community. We hope you’ll soon feel part of the Tiny Tots family as we celebrate birthdays, milestones, and special moments together.

Sessions cost £1 per child. To help us care for everyone well and maintain a safe environment, places are limited and each group operates a waiting list.

If you'd like to join the waiting list, please get in touch and let us know:

  • Your name

  • Your child's name and age

  • The best way to contact you

We can't wait to welcome you and your little one!
