Important information
Booking Times
Rooms are available to hire on either a Half Day or Full Day basis.
An additional £25 fee will apply if the building needs to be opened or closed outside of our normal office hours.
Insurance
Hirers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance where required.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether this applies to your booking.
Health & Safety
All hirers are responsible for ensuring that activities are carried out safely and in accordance with current health and safety regulations. Emergency exits must remain clear at all times, and any accidents or incidents should be reported to a member of staff immediately.
Cleaning
Please leave the room clean and tidy, and return any furniture or equipment to its original position before leaving.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 28 days before the booking are non-refundable unless the room can be rebooked.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
